Vonage first lures you into this very simple cost saving scheme where you get all the benefits of extra ordinary phone service but they also tell you that you can cancel anytime without any contract but they charge you a cancellation fee. Their technical help is a week away and they promise to reimburse you if you use third part service to wire your house for their phone service but they never reimburse you.
