DirecTV customer service simply sucks! You get someone in the Phillipines and can never speak to a supervisor. We switched to DishNet because DirecTV kept nickel and dimeing us to death! We are owed a refund for the balance of our service. Every time we call about it they tell us it will be six weeks before we see it. It has now been over three months. The reception over their satellight system also sucks. It takes two dishes to get local TV! read full review »
