After having a vacuum "repaired" by this shop, and spending $168.00 for the repair (of a 9-mopnth old machine), I called the shop because it still was not working properly. I spoke with the associate regarding the matter and he said that my house was probably too dirty and I needed to talk to the owner regarding the matter. I called the next day and the owner continued to insult me, reiterating the same insults, saying things like "we don't have long hair over here" when I implied that the work may not have been done... read full review »
