I have been going to Carl's Jr for a long time and occasionally there would be a mistake but I like my food relatively plain so it is understandable but about 8 months ago I placed an order and it was given to me wrong. The next time I went to Carl's Jr I noticed that what I had ordered was incorrect again so I began keeping track on a piece of paper I leave on my center console.
