I ordered posters in July, 2009. Poster Pass sent the posters & charged my account for them & for an automatic monthly shipment. I did not want the automatic shipments & told them so. They said they would credit my account. From then until October I continued to call them; they kept saying it would take 4 to 6 weeks. In October I called them & they said they had tried to refund my money (approximately $40) but my account # had changed.
