I placed an order on the 1st. On the 2nd I received an e-mail from them stating my order had shipped. On the same e-mail further down it said the order would ship on the 3rd. It gave a link to the usps site, no item number given though. Went there and it said no record of item. Nine days and several unanswered emails and phone messages passed. I contacted Google and thank goodness they said they would refund the money to my credit card.
