I'm gonna come right out and say that Agenda Computing (AC) has a POS customer service section. Why am I saying this? Well, I emailed AC at the beginning of the month to tell them that the VR3 unit they gave me became nonfunctional 12 hours after I started using it. They said that they would send me a replacement but that I had to supply them with information (name, shipping address, email address, daytime phone, style of product, and reason for return).
