I ordered 2 pair of Ugg Boots from this website and they charged my credit card $174.40 on November 3, 2009. I have tried to log into my account and it says unknown and then I have emailed the company several times with no response. The payment method was through highgradebrands.com and they too are unresponsive. I received a tracking number upon payment but have not received anything since they charged my credit card. read full review »
