We have been with Limestone Networks for 3 months and our site has been down at least once a week. Then on October 24th it went down at 7:30 pm. We sent a support ticket to LimeStone Networks at 9pm. on the 25th we were still down so I called support, they stated we would be up by 10pm on the 25th. Then called after 10pm when still not up, then LimeStone Networks told we would be up on 10am on the 26th. Called 5 times on the 26th & I was told at 2pm that it would be up in 10 minutes.
