STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM !!! I was having issues with my computer linking to my wireless router, so made the call to Rescuecom. I was told by the person on the phone that a technician will be calling for a flat rate of $128 (regardless of time spent on the phone). The technician, who was absolutely worthless (he knew a bit more about computers than I did...), was unable to fix the problem and blamed it all on my internet provider.
