We have been harrased on levels we have never seen before. From CPS calling our family and friends, to unauthorized charges to our checking account, to being called names like ignorant and stupid. My wife was verbally attacked and insulted on the phone by a so-called representative who wanted to speak to me concerning our account. This person went off on her and when she told him she was busy and needed to go, he added insult to injury by referring to her employment status.
