Had them replace 8 sunroom windows. 3 of them would not close or lock. Still dealing over that. The allumniun wrapping outside looks like a 5 year old did it. Trim inside leaves a lot to be desired. Most trim work was cut from one half to three quarters of a inch to short but hung anyways. Owner auctually tried to tell me it was wood shrinkage. They were extremely rude and vulgar when pointing out these details. Do not call these people if you want a quality job. read full review »
