Maytag Support has been difficult to contact and competely unresponsive about getting the appropriate technician out to fix a big screen TV. I've lined up a service rep that has the part and is in the neighborhood to fix the set today. Maytag, however, will not send authorization, deciding instead to use another service company that will arrive later in the week. The entire issue seems to revolve around making the change.
