I ordered my merchandise on 11/9/09. my order was around $220 with about 30 items. I never received a single thing from ToyRocket.com. I e-mailed them numerous times receiving only automated responses, and than nothing at all. I called, incessantly for weeks and sometimes was able to speak with an actual person.
