On July 7 of 08 I sent in 2 postal money orders for $249.00 each and a request for a cruise date of Oct of 09. I never heard back for the Certs, office, so I called the 866-292-0099 number and was told that I was all set for my dates. I again call in the beginning of Sept 09 to say I hadn't received any departure info and was told I would be getting it in a few weeks.
