I too had attempts made to collect funds from my pre-paid credit card. Luckily, I keep very little money on it. For three months this outfit tryed to take 82.32 from my account. One of those attempts after I had contacted them and was assured that I was off their subscription list. My question is, Why is Google not all over these people?
