Jet Blue Airlines at Santiago airport had horrible customer service. I have never seen such unprofessional airline employees before. We got to the check in 8 minutes late and we were told the flight was closed even though we still had 52 minutes to get to the gate. I do understand the company policies and that we need to be at the check in 1 hour prior to boarding as I travel a lot inside the US and in Europe but if someone is late 8 minutes????
