ordered $9.95 trial package for 12 day trial. recieved package 14 days later and found out I had already been charged an aditional $99.10. No mention of the additional charge in the advertisment or on the telephone call to place the order. The trial was suposed to start when i recieved the the product. I called to recieve payment for unathorized charges and was told there was nothing they could do except cancell my membership that i never joined. fieled complaint with the BBB. read full review »
