I am very frustrated with Sears. I bought a washer 4 years ago. Front load washer. I loved it. Well, 4 years later, the washer has quit and the Sears techs cannot seem to fix it. They have been to my home 5, yes 5, times. They have order this part, no its this part, no its this part. They left my home today for the 5th time and still did not get it fixed. SEARS will NOT replace the washer. HOw rude. I thought they would stand by their products. I did not go to the warehouse and say "I will take that one, I like lemons".
