To Whom It May Concern: My husband and I purchased a Kenmore Stove on 11/25/06 from Sears in Amarillo, Tx. We also purchased a 3 yr warranty. I have not had any problems with it until about a yr. ago. I had put in a brisket to bake at 300 degrees. There was a malfunction that occured and the broiler came on a literally seared the top of the brisket. It was ruined. I was upset, but I thought it was just a fluke.
