I recently placed an order on All Multimedia Storage as a Holiday gift. Shortly after I placed the order, I read the Reseller Ratings reviews and got VERY concerned. First I wanted to make sure that the item arrived before Christmas, and second, I was worried that I would lose my money altogether. After re-reading the previous negative reviews, I realized that while the customer service did not seem stellar, it appears that both customers got their money back and even got to keep the product.
