I placed an order online on 11/13/09 for four pairs of boots. One of the four pairs was shipped appx 5 days later and received 10 days after order date. However to date there is no tracking information for the other three pairs of boots. I called last week to find out what was going on and was told they could not get the tracking number on the Ariat boots, they had to wait until they received it from Ariat and that they wouldn't have it for 2-3 more days, this was on 11/23/09, 10 days after the order was placed - they cited business day... read full review »
