unauthorized product & product charges. finally able to track it all down & upon contact was informed i had to "cancel" the order..which i never made..then they would replace the money stolen..uh, "charged" to my acct.. told them i had no order to cancel but was told i had to place a cancellation in order to get my money replaced taken frommy acct.
