I ordered boots from this company on 10-21-09 and as of today 12-01-09 still have not received the boots or any type of communication from them as to why? They had no problem billing my credit card immediately I have sent 4 emails and called 4 times with no response. Don't believe the website that states "Buy With Confidence!" The web site as of today still lists the boots in stock. With any call you make, you will be asked to leave a message. I did, each time. Not one call returned.
