They have the worst Customer Service Rep I have ever dealt with in almost 20 years. I'm actually considering refinancing my mortgage with another company just so I don't have to deal with them ever again!!! Making a very long story short, they lost my check for $6200 for insurance claim check from my insurance company for over 6 weeks (and counting).
