I worked for this company, I will not give my name or location...but yes, this man did scam you and I am probably not the only one to know or say something about this. I was very angry when i saw the rules to NO REFUNDS and how it made me feel to tell a woman that has kids to feed she is S.O.L. for food because this jerk made his way around every law possible to steal money from innocent people.
