I agree with the other complainant, FirstLine Security is hands down the worst. Their system sent out several false alarms from my house as well. Then in Jan. 2008 the controller power supply shorted out and caught fire almost burning our house down. This was after I called them a week earlier to report the power supply was VERY warm. They said that was normal. After we put out the fire I called and FirstLine said they would have a service tech out the next day to resolve the problem.
