I ordered the free sample of another XM Labs product, Sivitrol. I did not receive the free sample until a day or two before or after I received the "you have to pay for this" package similar to other complaints about Sivitrol on this site. They did cancel my order and I was stuck for the payment. HOWEVER, today I received what appears to be another XM Labs product.
