Time life has an order process that does not involve a person. We ordered something that we saw on television but did not notice that the ad said 4 payments. all we noticed as $49.95. When we ordered, it is all machine done. The total price is not quoted until the very end of the process and there is no opportunity to finally accept the sale or not.
