Seems like same old tactics as i read here on complaintboard. I have transferred a friend in Germany some money, transaction was cancelled without any reason. i have contacted support by phone, they said cancellation team will get back to me. they didn't wrote them 3 times but no answer back. they still have my money since two weeks and nothing happens from their side. i'm about to go the the police and file an international online fraud crime, i'm not gonna give it up no matter what. wish me luck. read full review »
