My husband and I have bought numerous pieces of jewelry from Zales, bracelets, rings and many other items.My husband bought me a new wedding set last year. I have lost a diamond out of my set on 6 different occasions. I take it in and it takes them 4 to 8 weeks to get it back to me. They have had my rings more than I have. I even pull them off at night far fear of losing another diamond. I have a desk job so I am not knocking them out. This is ridiculous. I will not use then again. read full review »
