Called at 11am PST to verify the video card I wanted was in stock and the lady on the phone said it was and if I got the order in before noon, it would ship the same day. Not two minutes after I put down the phone, I had ordered it online. Check the next day and it still hasn't shipped so I call again to find out what's going on; turns out the company is still shipping other orders so now, I would not receive the card by the end of the week.
