I don’t know who is running this place and I don’t think they do either. Every time I’ve stopped in, there is someone different behind the counter who exudes an attitude of complete indifference and disregard. I once came in to find the two women in charge occupying the only seats in the place while eating their take-out dinners. One of them begrudgingly got up and helped me after which, she promptly returned to her seat and resumed her meal.
