Non Payment of my claim: Eagle Warranty authorized repairs on my car for transmission problems. They agreed to pay $1, 495 while the bill came to $2, 100. Mechanic faxed over paperwork after repair was completed on Nov 1. Contract says they will pay in 15 business days. Today is business day 21 and no money. I have tried calling every single day for 2 weeks now and left messages but NOBODY returns phone calls. It goes to voicemail all the time.
