Don't waste your time - Austin, TX and surounding area Ineptitude, no-shows, rude, do not answer phones. Four visits to my home to fix a leaking water filter. On each occasion I was told that the problem was fixed when in fact it was not. Three of these 4 visits were rescheduled appointments due to no-shows. When calling to request a different, more experienced technician, I was told no and was hung up on after requesting to speak to the owner.
