I just want to everyone knows that T Mobile sucks, they have the worst service and supervisor cannot even provide their last name. However I want to share with everyone that Ralph Gutierrez is the Executive Customer Relations that also sucks but you may call him at 505-9983600 to file all T Mobile complaints. Just to make my story short I did purchase a new cel/phone and received 3 rebates form and free activation. So I did mail all forms 3 of them were denied because I didn't paid my activation fee, advised that must be waived... read full review »
