I submitted a purchase online with this company located in Corona, California. They charged my credit card immediately but I heard nothing from them. One week later, I inquired regarding the shipping date, to be told that the kitchen island that I had ordered was on back order and would not be shipped for over a month. I requested by email and telephone that mY order be cancelled and that the charge on my card be reversed. I was assured that would happen in 4 to 5 business days.
