When I self-clean my stove the outside(white) material gets stained from the heat and it is permanently stained. I have an extended warranty from Lowes, where I purchased this appliance. Whirlpool says to contact Lowes and they say it is a manufacturers problem contact Whirlpool. I keep getting the run around. Whirlpool appliances are terribe, service is horrible, and I will NEVER buy another Whirlpool product. They are junk!!! read full review »
