IWC Homes, LLC installed insulation in my home. The final cost was $770.00 Owner (Gerald) stated that he could finance me through GE Money bank, but they (GE) require at least a $1, 000 balance to finance. I got the loan, and he was paid the $1, 000 right away from GE, and told me he would send me a check for the difference, which is $230 ($1000 - $770 = $230). Of course then I would then pay GE over the course of 1 year. I never received a check from him. It has been over 2 months, and IWC Homes, LLC has failed to keep our agreement and pay me the $230. The owner has kept the money and refuses to answer my phone calls or emails. read full review »
