I found a charge for $14.95 on my November 2009 AT&T personal telephone bill that I had not authorized or utilized. I was able to verify that a similar charge was made to my account in October 2009. According to my bill from AT&T, HBS Billing Services had billed my account on behalf of Streaming Flix, LLC and it was added to my personal telephone bill among the multiple pages they sent me in their bill.
