12/01/2009 - Went up to the Information/Customer Service desk to ask to hold a purse I liked till close of business. Customer service lady ask the Security man to see what I wanted. He stated it is store policy not to hold accessories, shoes, etc. I mentioned that Orlando stores are happy to hold items till close of business for a sale. He is not the Store Manager, he never called over the Store Manager. He had a tongue piercing and could not even speak well.
