To whom it may concern: I am contacting Verizon for my grandparents who at this time are very upset with the level of customer service they have received. They have been loyal customers since 01-09-07 and they have yet to be provided with the complete service promised to them and their promotional gift. My family and I whom all reside separately have since subscribed to FIOS on the recommendation of my grandfather.
