I read an article yesterday how banks are trying to hurry and charge fees before the new federal is in place. The article was 100% right, especially with BANK OF AMERICA. Recently the bank lowered my credit limit, when called they wouldn't raise it because I was too close to my limit. Well, yeah you dummy you dropped my limit now I am. Now, to top it off I have an overage fee of $39 added to my account because the finance charges made me go over my balance.
