I had a problem with my account back in 2003. They fixed the fees from the obvious problem that I had, but I decided to close the account and start over somewhere else. I evidently made the mistake of closing my account at the end of my e-mail to them while thanking them for resolving my other problem. I closed my account by e-mail and went to the bank and withdrew all I could at the ATM. This was 2 weeks before the end of the month. The next statement came saying I had a negative balance of $180.
