I was new to the country when I got suckered into this credit card. The card has a bunch of fees on it when you get it. I made a mistake of paying one of my bills on it (in hard economic times) and I am still paying for it. I forgot to make a payment one time and I remembered on the day it was due and they wanted to charge me 11 bucks for making a payment over the phone on top of my payment.
