Our originally mortgage was with Lend America, they told us 6 months after we closed we would be eligible for a streamline to reduce our interest rate and interest rate. Lend America said this would be a 10 day process. Our 6 months was up and we should have been eligible for our streamline in April 2009. Finally our steamline went through in October 2009. We closed on October 14, 2009, we paid our October payment at closing as instructed by Lend America.
