I purchased to laptops in the past and was very happy with their service. my family and friends told me that over the years, their service deteriorated. I did not believe them, until now. I ordered a desk top for my mother in late October 2009. The salesperson told me it would arrive Nov 12th. I called Nov 16th b/c computer still did not arrive. They told me I would get it in a week. i called November 30th at 430 pm. The person said they were having technical difficulties and to call back in two hours. I called at 8 pm.
