This company low balls on proposals to get contracts and then does not honor the contract in full, They do very little work just enough to get by. They do not supervise there contracts personally. They hire minimum wage employees and let them do all the work. They do not supply these employees with the proper supplies to do the jobs they take on. They sit in Newport News Va and collect the money from the contract and spend it. This company writes its employees bad checks.
