booked 3 nights stay at Edinburgh hotel through this company and was e-mailed hotel voucher. Fortunately contacted hotel in advance to confirm facilites to be told booking cancelled due to non payment to their booking agent although my card payment went through to Bookin Hotels Istanbul 3 months prior.. I discovered a chain of agents involved hotels JACOB Group of Companies, they said cancellation recived from Restel Spain. Have e-mailed all involved and have heard from none.
