Had appointment for our 2 sons 4 & 7 to get Christmas pictures. They didn't try to get them to smile nicely. Props were limited - only 4 of them. Son had to hold up snowman's head due to poor shape of it. After 20 minutes of shooting pics we had to wait 20 min for upload of pics to view them only to find out that they were under staffed and over booked so they couldn't show them to us.
